Lack of motivation…

Here I am again. Hopefully I will manage to be a little more consisten now that I am more motivated to update.

Since last time I wrote something the corona-virus hit the world.

When the virus came here to Norway I was in Oslo staying at my aunt and uncel. Me and my aunt was going to see Bryan Adams live, buuuut that didn’t happen. The consert was postponed until april next year, but I got an “vacation” instead.

When I got home I needed to go straight in quarantine alone since my boyfriend is in the high-risk group. When I was in quarantine I hurt mysef so bad that I had to go to the doctors office and get stitches and a tetanus booster (yes I am for vaccination). Now it is fully healed and all I have to do now is to stretch the muscles and everything so it goes back to normal. Yeey!

This is the before picture. It’s pretty deep and I couldn’t walk on the foot until I got my stitches removed.

And this is after I got the stitches removed. I had them for 12 days, I was originally gonna have them for 14 days, but since the day 14 was during easter and the doctors office was closed then and the wound was heeling quite nicely so they where so kind to let me remove them two days earlier.

Other than that, everything has been quite normal actually. My boyfriend moved back home, we have been seeing some friends (yes we do keep our distance and we are only up to five people at the same time), stores have opened again. I do keep quite some time online on pinterest looking for inspiration for our porch, like furnitures, plants, blankets, pillows, lights (eventhough it’s not getting dark here at night in the summer), lanterns and so on.

While we are talking about plants. I got a plant called mother-in-law’s tounge (Sansevieria trifasciata in latin) from two of my aunt about one and a half years ago, I who never liked plants and always killed them (mainly because I never seem to remember to water them) have managed to keep this one alive and actually made it thrive! *applause*

Here is an video that I filmed yesterday of my plant!

Look at how big it is! And I know I have to replant it to an bigger flowerpot, but our local flowershop has closed their doors, and will only have open in the summer, and since we are living quite north in Norway we still have snow and the outdoor temperature is like 6°C during the day while the sun is up I have to wait atleast a month until I can get a bigger flowerpot. *sigh*

And now at the end I will post a picture of myself in my homesewed dr.who top so you guys don’t forget how I look! Hahaha.
