As I am sitting here at my desk infront of my tablet read to write I realise that I should have done it earlier than 10.47 pm quite sleepy and with the bed right behind me. Haha.

As my headline suggests, todays topic is about our mind. How we think and why our thoughts and feelings are connected to eachother.
As I was doing the mindset makeover by Tonya Leigh (the founder and ceo of French Kiss Life) it forced me to go deep down in my mind an really observe what I was thinking. How my mind was working right now. And yes I was thinking of so much good stuff that makes me smile and love myself, and life. But then again, I also have thoughts that makes want to stay in bed all day, thoughts that makes me frutrated and angry. Thoughts that holds me back in life. Thoughts that are negative for my selfesteem. I guess many of you are recognizes yourself in this. And guess what, you can do something about it.
It’s simple yet difficult. You have to change your thoughts, it’s really that simple. It takes time, and you will have setbacks but in the end you will think differently and live a more positive life.
I keep struggeling with my thoughts when it comes to yoga. I love doing yoga, but since I have shortened and tight muscles through all my body I simply can’t get pretty much all poses correctly (yet) I keep thinking negative thoughts wich then leads to me not showing up on my mat and my back is then giving me a hard time and I would feel like crap. But on those days where I do show up on my mat I have an amazing time and I always feel so much better afterwards. And if you keep telling yourself that you can’t, or that it is hard, or any other thought that is in a negative form and your brain will look for ways to prove you right. But if you keep telling yourself that you can, that it’s easy, then your brain will look for ways to show you that you are right.
It’s really that simple, and yet it is so hard. All you have to do is change your mindset, and at the same time that is really hard work. So my tip for you is to turn one negative thought a day over to a positive one and voila you have changed mindset and you are now feeling things differently.
