Loveing myself

Hello everyone. Quite some time since last time I wrote, but now I am back and ready to write three times a week. I was falling, kind of still am behind with schoolwork. I only have to catch up with the syllabus, but I don’t see that as a challenged since I love to read, and the topics is quite interesting. What took me so long to catch up with is the lecturenotes. But done with it now!

This post will be about loving myself and what that means to me. I only realised today while I was out for a walk that I actually love myself, body and soul!

I have been of those people that never actually liked my body, and I have never loved my body but I never told people how bad it was. I have never been the person who has been very consistent with exercise but always wanted to bee skinnier. But most of my insecurities has and kind of still is my boobs. My breasts are huge, and they where huge long before I put on weight and they got even bigger after I put on weight. I know that some of it comes from my birthcontrol, I seem to get biggger breasts when I go on some sort for hormonal birthcontroll. I do have a big chest even without hormonal birthcontrol, but not as big as with.

Back to the topic, I have spent the summer and the begining of autumn loving life, and be my best self, and it has been beneficial for me. I have started to love myself in a way I never taught was possible, and yet I do not have the dream body. So for everyone out there who are waiting for the “perfect” body to love themselves. Thats not how it’s working. If you start to love life, and start to live your best self, then you take more of the good choices instead of the bad ones. And for the love of god(!!!) don’t beat yourself up for eating to much dinner one day, or eating two bites more of the chocolate than you had planned. If you beat yourself up for that sort of thing, you will never change.

I love my body and soul so much that I have taken the step to live an more active lifestyle. I go for a jog/walk everyday and I do splits30. A class where Jacquelyn Umof is teaching the splits in 30 days. She is called @actionjacquelyn on instagram. Check her out! She has an fitness app called stretchy fit, and she has more classes where she teaches you headstands, how to reach your toes and so on and so on. I love her!

By taking these steps I gotten more energy and I feel so much better. And everything is so much easier. I smile more, I eat somewhat better (it was not that bad) and I see the world in a much lighter way and I love it.

Love Emilie ❤
