Hello everyone. Today’s post will be about my opinion on femininity, levelling up and social media.

So as you may be aware of, I am working on my femininity and me levelling up to be my very best self and with that comes reading blogposts, scrolling through instagram and pinterest and talking with people who are doing the same.

What I do have issues with is that many women thinks that with femininity you need to get rid of your masculine energy and that you need to let the man chase you if you want a man that won’t get intimidated by you. You also have to be with a man who can provides for you so he will feel like a true masculine man. I think all this is just bullshit!

I have been in a relationship with Kim Ove for 4,5 years now and I was the one who did the “chasing” not him. I am being more feminin now then I was just one year ago and yet I am not afraid of helping out with carstuff (even if I don’t have a clue of what I am doing), I do help with renovating our home and I am basically not afraid of getting dirty. We have seperate bankaccounts and one joint account where we each add half of the months joint expences as bills and food, and the rest we can use for ourselves.

All of this doesn’t make me less feminin and more masculine, or him less masculine and more feminin.

Of course there are things I don’t do that he does because of my illness and due to the fact that he does it better than me. And there is things I do that he doesn’t do because I do it better than him.

All in all, my personal opinion is that you can be both feminin and masculine, and that the right person for you will love both of those traits. If you want to be all feminin and not at all masculine then that is okay, just as it is okay if you want to be all masculine. The only big advice I will give you all is that you are consistenly working on being your very best self.
