Hello everyone. I hope this first week of 2022 we just had was good to you.
I for one had some healthstruggles this week, well sort of. My bloodpressure was quite high so I spent my week mostly at home relaxing and at work. I got some workouts in, but not so much or hard as I would have wanted it to be. During the weekend my bloodpressure stabilized and I am hopefully back on track again!
So, as my headline states! I have some new things that is going to happend this year, and I want to tell you all about it. But unfortuntely I can’t since we haven’t finilized all the details yet. But I promize you that it’s big things! For me atleast. But thenagain, I never thought that my health would be this good ever again, and that I actually could balance work and studies.
We are starting with lectures this week, online for this month and then we will see. It is due to my schedule at the university and the fact that we don’t know if it’s going to be online the hole semester or not that causes me to not have all the details ready for the big things that are happening.
What I do know for a fact and can tell you know is that I will be spending alot of time at work. I also hope that we do prioritize our remodeling of our home so we can get it done at some point. And I will of course keep working out and set some goals for myself this year that I will be working consistently with to achive it.
